While it is almost a duty for Filipino children to give money to their parents even when they’re already married, it is NOT something that you, as the Western husband, should do. If you’ve already found someone you’d want to marry, talk about this with her, and be honest about how you feel about it.

2. He didn’t expect her to be a single mom
Some Filipina women are actually hesitant about telling their prospects that they have children. Take note that only some Filipina women will not tell you upfront about their children, many will be proud to tell you that they have a cute little one.
To protect yourself against this type of dishonesty, tell it straight away – are single moms okay for you? Or do you prefer someone with no attachments?
3. She’s separated but not divorced
The sad thing about the Philippines is that there is no divorce, and many separated women find it hard to marry again because they have to go through the long and expensive process of marriage annulment. if you’re talking to a woman separated from her husband, ask her if her marriage has been annulled. Fundamentally, Filipinas are materialistic, dishonest, highly promiscuous and amoral. Even incest has little or no meaning to them. They lie constantly, even when the truth makes no difference. ReplyDeleteWow ... I never have noticed any of those things in say Los Angeles, New York, Mexico City, or what the heck...any other country. Poverty and desperation breeds dishonesty and low morals no matter what country it is in. Have I met such people in the Philippines? Yes I have and in 18 other countries too! (In America they are called politicians).
ReplyDeleteNow the rest of the story...my Fiancée is a honest, sweet, beautiful 42 year old Filipina woman with high morals. She is a woman of character and class. Despite hard life and poor conditions in her life she has never compromised her self-respect and has always put her parents, family and children's needs before herself. I am proud of her and honored that she will be my wife.
I recommend avoiding strip clubs/ bars/ and whore houses...in every country. Those places have exactly the type of women the above commenter apparently found.
The Philippines has some very good people living there, don't sell the entire country short because of the actions of a few.
